Real breasts! Refreshing look at natural women. Although breast augmentation does truly complement some women's anatomy, for the most part I believe this elective surgery is a waste of money and an unnecessary risk to one's health. For the women who had average breasts but felt that they were so ugly on the outside that they needed to be surgically altered, perhaps they should have considered using the money to improve their internal image first and see if it radiates outward, no?
